Special Maneuvers
Aimed Shot - Fire one HP VI shot (1d12) with a +10 bonus to hit as an attack before moving on your turn.
Called Shot - Designate a specific body part to hit as an attack and deal specific conditions to the target. Once you have successfully made an attack using this maneuver, you may use it again after finishing a short or long rest.
Torso: The target is dazed until the start of your next turn
Arms: You impose disadvantage on all attacks made by the target until the start of your next turn
Legs: You hamstring an opponent and reduce their movement by half until the start of your next turn

Conversion Kit - This weapon accepts multiple types of Rifle cartridges. Upon finishing a short or long rest, choose whether to use AP II ammo or HP III ammo.
Marksman Rifle - Bonus of +5 to hit at ranges greater than 90 feet.
Loading: Uses a bonus action to fast reload (involves dropping the magazine to pick up later), requires a full action to reload

A highly modular, magazine-fed marksman rifle with the highest quality of machined stainless steel parts and alloyed duralumin. This weapon is a sportsman's rifle, through and through. It had been seen in the hands of kings, dukes, and princes on hunting trips. It is valued for its minimal shot deviation and high powered cartridge. Its barrel is easily swapped out and the weapon itself is incredibly easy to field strip. There aren't many of these left in the after-world, so discovering one in working condition is quite the substantial find. The smooth operating action and match trigger makes it easy to achieve follow-up shots.
