Shadow Blend.
While in dim light or darkness, the Shadow Stalker has advantage on Stealth checks, and creatures have disadvantage on attack rolls against it.
Pack Ambusher.
If at least one Shadow Stalker ally is within 10 feet of the target, the Stalker deals an extra 2d6 necrotic damage on its first hit each turn.
Life-Leeching Presence.
Creatures that start their turn within 5 feet of the Shadow Stalker must succeed on a DC 13 Constitution saving throw, or their speed is reduced by 10 feet until the end of their next turn.
Shadow Step (Recharge 5–6).
As a bonus action, the Shadow Stalker teleports up to 30 feet to an unoccupied space it can see that is in dim light or darkness. Its next attack this turn has advantage.
Silent Predator.
The Shadow Stalker does not provoke opportunity attacks when it leaves a creature’s reach.
Actions
Shadow Claws.
Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (2d6+4) slashing damage + 7 (2d6) necrotic damage.
Soul Drain (Recharge 4–6).
Melee Spell Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature.* Hit: 14 (4d6) necrotic damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 13 Constitution saving throw or its maximum hit points are reduced by the necrotic damage taken. This reduction lasts until the creature finishes a long rest. If this reduces a creature to 0 maximum hit points, it dies and rises as a lesser shadow under the Stalker’s control after 1 minute.
