Special Maneuvers
Airburst - Designate a point you have line of sight to using the onboard computer to expel all stored energy in a 45 foot cone at a point of your choosing, within range. All targets must make a Strength saving throw against the NCOE Impact DC. Flying targets have disadvantage on their saving throws.
Calculated Launch - Maximize the impact from this weapon by spending an Action to have the onboard computer calculate the maximum effective force and displacement this weapon can produce. Your next successful Attack made with this weapon will deal the rolled damage and launch a Gargantuan or smaller target up to a distance equal to 45 feet multiplied by your Intelligence modifier, dealing Falling damage for every 5 feet the target was displaced when it hits a surface or another object. Against vehicles, this will automatically flip the vehicle and force them to lose control. Against G-Class monsters, this will force the target prone until the end of your next turn. Once you have successfully used this maneuver, you may not use it again until you finish a Short or Long rest.
Stabilized Shot - Before moving on your turn, reduce your movement to 0 to give yourself Advantage on your ranged attacks this turn with this weapon.
Special Properties
Anti-Armor - Deals unmitigated damage to vehicle internals, vehicle paneling, and constructs.
Concussive - Does double the rolled damage to Poise.
NCOE Impact - Every time this weapon successfully hits a target, it unleashes a 45 foot cone, dealing 8d6 Thunder damage, emitted from the space the target was standing. All targets in the area of effect must make a Strength saving throw against a DC equal to 8 + your Proficiency Bonus + your Intelligence Modifier. On a failed save, a target takes the rolled damage and is launched in a straight line away from where the cone started. The launch distance is 15 feet multiplied by your Intelligence modifier. Targets that are launched take Falling damage for every 5 feet they are launched. Medium and smaller targets have Disadvantage on their saving throws.
Heavy
Maiming - This weapon has the potential to Maim when rolling a critical success on an attack roll against a target or if the target critically fails its saving throw against the NCOE Impact.
Vehicle-Compatible - This weapon is designed for usage with vehicles. While attached to a vehicle's turret, its effective range extends by 180 feet and its long range extends by 360 feet, and removes the once per rest usage limitation on its maneuvers.
Loading: Requires an Action to reload.
Jamming: This weapon does not jam.
Handling: 2-Handed
A weapon that seemingly ignores conservation of energy through its unique payload, unleashing forces that often obliterate the target upon impact or launch the target hundreds of feet. It is a shoulder-fired weapon with a long recoil buffer that runs its length. NCOE stands for Non-Conservation Of Energy. There are only two prototypes that ever made it through initial production and went through a fully functioning test run.
