Innate Spellcasting
The deaths hag’s innate spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 15, +7 to hit). She can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:
At will: chill touch, disguise self, detect magic
3/day each: blight, bestow curse, vampiric touch
1/day each: blight (at 5th level), speak with dead
1/day: finger of death
Multiattack. The deaths hag makes two claw attacks.
Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target.
Hit: 13 (2d8 + 4) slashing damage plus 10 (3d6) necrotic damage.
Soul Rend (Recharge 5–6).
The deaths hag targets one creature she can see within 30 feet. The target must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw, taking 28 (6d8) necrotic damage on a failed save, or half as much on a success.
If this damage reduces the creature to 0 hit points, the hag regains 10 hit points and gains advantage on attack rolls until the end of her next turn.
Mock Death
When a creature the hag can see drops to 0 hit points, she can force one creature of her choice within 30 feet to make a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened until the end of its next turn.
Caldryd wears a long black robe and has greenish black skin. She looks shriveled and old but powerful.
