Special Maneuvers
Stabilized Shot - Before moving on your turn, reduce your movement to 0 to give yourself advantage on your ranged attacks this turn with this weapon.
Fire HEAT Rocket - Load a HEAT version of the rocket, deals +12 Piercing damage to vehicle components and constructs - deals radial damage in a 10ft radius (HEAT rocket must be in possession)
Fire Fly-By-Wire Rocket - Load a Wire-Guided rocket that can change course mid-flight, has a +10 bonus to hit for direct hits (Fly-By-Wire Rocket must be in possession) and can be guided around obstacles. If it misses the first target, you may make an attack roll against a second target past the first within range.
Direct-Fire - Make an attack roll instead of designating a point. A direct hit with the rocket will deal an additional 6d4 Piercing damage to the target, ignoring armor. A target that is struck directly by the projectile automatically fails its saving throw against the Explosive DC. If the attack misses, the rocket will sail past the target and hit any vertical surface in its path or travel to the end of its effective range, then detonate.
Special Properties
Anti-Armor - Deals unmitigated damage to vehicular components and constructs
Arming range - Has a minimum distance at which the rocket will explode. The rocket must travel a minimum of 30 ft. before it will detonate - otherwise it will only deal direct hit damage
Backblast - The weapon produces a 10-foot line of fire in the opposite direction the user is firing, behind the user, dealing 2d4 fire damage to those caught in the backblast
Thermobaric Explosive - This weapon deals Explosive damage in a 25-foot radius from its impact point. The projectile must hit an object, target, or a surface. Each target inside the 25-foot radial sphere centered on that point must make a Dexterity saving throw. A target takes 5d6 thunder damage and 3d6 fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. The saving throw is a Dexterity saving throw against a DC = 8 + your Proficiency Bonus + your Dexterity or Strength Modifier unless otherwise stated.
Ricochet - If fired at a surface within arming distance and at an angle shallower than 90 degrees it can ricochet
Loading: Uses a Bonus Action to load the rocket-propelled grenade after firing.
Jamming: The weapon does not jam
Handling: 2-handed
A shorter range but accurate Anti-Tank weapon that utilizes a large payload and a recoilless delivery system, the R-110 denotes its 110mm thermobaric payload. It was based on the Dwarven Rejkol AB MAW-84 and licensed out to Murata prior to the Cataclysm.
