Special Maneuvers
Basic Swing - As an Attack, you swing the weapon's jaws at a target, dealing 3d8 AP II Bludgeoning damage.
Crushing Grab - As an Attack action, you grab and restrain a target in melee range, with Advantage using this tool. Add your Intelligence Modifier to any Strength-based checks you make. As part of this attack, you may expend one charge to crush one of your target's limbs, dealing 4d8 AP V Bludgeoning damage. Targets that have been damaged by this maneuver have their Armor Grade reduced by an amount equal to your Proficiency Bonus for the rest of combat. You cannot reduce their Armor Grade further by using this maneuver again.
Release Target - You may release the target as a Free Action. If the target falls 10 or more feet while prone, they take twice the Falling Damage.
Torque Twist - While a target is grappled, you may use this maneuver. As a Bonus Action, you can expend one charge to operate the rotary component of the Hydra-Wrench, twisting a limb or reorienting a grappled target. Twisting a limb maims the target if they fail a Constitution saving throw against a DC equal to 8 + your Proficiency Bonus + your Intelligence Modifier. Reorienting a grappled target knocks them prone and they have Disadvantage on any attempts to escape your grapple. This also means that any attacks made against the target while it is Restrained have Advantage.
Special Properties
Armor Piercing V
Blunt Weapon - Does double the rolled damage to Poise.
Grapple Weapon - This device can grapple the bodies of medium and smaller targets, or limbs of huge and smaller targets. While a target is grappled, every 5 feet of movement costs 10. If you have a Powered Exoskeleton equipped, you may move freely.
Heavy
Maiming - This weapon has the potential to Maim the first target hit when rolling a critical success on an attack roll. Some of this weapon's maneuvers maim a target if they fail their save.
Mining Equipment - Gives advantage on any checks to obtain materials from rocks by spending a charge.
Passive Recharging - On finishing a Long rest, this weapon regains all of its charges. On finishing a Short rest, this weapon regains 2 charges.
Repair Tool - Can be used to perform the Repair action on Vehicles, if proficient.
Salvage Tool

A strange piece of robotics, this hydraulically operated, two-handed armature device has a motorized clamping mechanism which adjusts and re-conforms to just about any shape. The two conforming parts of the hydra-wrench's jaws function somewhat like how a finger has joints which can curve in to conform to most convex shapes. It is carried and operated like a chainsaw, but it can be rotated into a horizontal or vertical configuration. When it is used for work, it's great at loosening or tightening bolts of any shape or size with its enhanced torque, and is capable of wrenching free stuck objects. When it's not being used for its intended purpose, but instead being used for violence, it's terrifying. It is a safety hazard waiting to break armor, crush bones, and dislocate limbs. Teams of Kobolds have had to fend off large insectoid creatures in The Deep while extracting and this thing has come in handy, in a pinch.
