1-level Enchantment
You send a thick viscous ball of flammable oil from your fingertips that explodes on all creatures in a 5ft radius. The oil covers the creature and the ground in that space. While walking through oil the creature must succeed a Dexterity saving throw or fall prone. Any creature covered in oil becomes vulnerable to fire damage even if resistant. Any creature immune to fire damage coated in oil will be considered resistant.
