Moon Crescent

The Moon Crescent is a +2 striking sickle that resembles a wooden handle imbedded in a perfect, shining, pearly like crescent blade.   Activate You cause the sickle to emit a light in a 30 feet radius that makes darkness into dim light and dim light into bright light.   Activate- Fright Light You encoat the sickle in a blinding light until the start of your next turn. The next attacks you make with Moon Crescent while Frigh Light is active can cause the following effects depending on the degree of success on the attack.   Critical Success. The target gains Blinded and creatures besides you within a 10 foot radius for 1 round.   Success. The target gains the Dazzled condition for 1 round.   Failure. The target is considered Off-Guard on the next attack against it.
