2-level Necromancy
You seed spectral, gnawing worms into the flesh of a creature you can see within range. The creature makes a Constitution saving throw. Undead creatures with flesh, such as zombies, make the save with Disadvantage. On a failed save, the target takes 4d6 Piercing damage, and the worms continue to gnaw on the target for the duration. While the worms remain, the target takes an additional 2d6 Piercing damage at the end of each of its turns after which the target can reattempt the saving throw. On a successful save, the target takes half of the initial damage and the worms disappear immediately.
The damage (both initial and later) increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 2.
