The Scout can move upto 30 ft. as a Reaction when an enemy ends it turns within 5 ft. of it.

Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 1d10+2 piercing damage or when it has travelled 20 ft. in a straight line 1d12+2 piercing damage.
Pike - Gaping Wound (1/Short Rest, BonusAct)
Target must succeed a DC 12 CON Save or receive a Gaping Wound for 2 turns (unless Healed): Attacks against the target deal an additional 2 piercing damage.
