3-level Transmutation
You magically cause the target's appearance to suddenly seem very common & mundane. For the duration of the spell, the target receives no bonuses or penalties to Charisma checks or saving throws. Their Charisma ability modifier is now 0 & they temporarily loose any proficiency with Charisma based skills.
This spell has no effect on creatures that are beasts, constructs, elementals, oozes, plants, or undead.
The spell's duration lasts for one additional hour for each spell slot level above 3rd-level.
