Oilliphéist is a member of the draco vulgaris species that lives in the waters of large rivers and lakes, though never in salt water. The creature has a long, slippery, and scaly body which mimics the color of the water it stays in. The range of eye color and size depends on the region in which the oilliphéist dwells. Those who live in warm bodies of water have orange eyes while members of the species that live in cooler waters have green or blue eyes. In a twisted way, it's almost beautiful.
