Homebrew
4-level Transmutation
Choose a point on the ground that you can see within range. For the duration, an intense deconstruction of any living or natural tissue rips through the ground in a 40-foot-radius circle centered on that point.
When you cast this spell and at the end of each of your turns for the duration, each creature on the ground in the area makes a Constitution saving throw. On failed save a creature suffers 4d6 necrotic damage and cannot regain hit points until the end of their next turn.
Additionally every structure within the area suffers 15 necrotic damage when you cast this spell and at the end of each of your turns for the duration. This damage ignores any damage treshholds the structure might have.
AN: Its supposed to mimic Lich's ultimate from W3.
AN2: Necromancy school also makes sense as a spell school, but transmutation makes more sense for the building part imo. (Also Earthquake is Transmutation which is very close aligned spell)
The damage increases by 1d6 for creatures and by 3 for structures for each spell slot level above 5.
