You convert your spell slots into rune power. You regain 2 uses of your runes as a baseline for this spell.
You may additionally as part of this spell convert 3 levels of spell slots to 1 rune. (Example: A 3rd level spell slot converts to 1 rune. One 2nd level spell slot and 1st level spell slot converts into 1 rune). No limitation on how many spell slots you may convert.
AN: This spell could be perhaps a 3rd level as well, but that might be too early.
