A magical cellphone offers impressive computing power, GPS functionality, and internet access, all in a handheld device. In addition, the device offers the ability to have holo-chats, and send messages. The object does not work if it is not attuned to you. Once you are attuned, you are able to contact anyone that you have met simply by willing the communication to happen. This does not guarantee that a connection will be made, the party receiving the communication must accept it. If you do not know the person that you are attempting to contact, then you can use the old fashioned phone number to attempt to make a connection with another person.
