Adventuring Gear The cloak of tongues has 2 prehensile tongues. As an action you can make a grapple contest against a target within 60ft of you. After a target is grappled, the user of the cloak must make a DC14 Constitution Saving Throw. On a fail the user gains the incapacitated condition until the start of their next turn from the bad taste imparted from the tongue. Uncommon (this item requires attunement)
A series vertically shingled large pink tongues make up this cloak. The cloak is tough and slightly wet to the touch. When a user is attuned to the cloak, a constant stream of saliva falls off the various tongues.
