This dagger looks like a standard-issue Combine knife, but with a serrated edge.
The Vital Dagger has three charges. When you hit with an attack made with this dagger, you can choose to expend one charge as part of that action to cause bleeding damage. At the start of their turn, the target takes 1d4 piercing damage each round after the charge is expended until they either bleed out or take an action to staunch the bleeding.
