This +1 whip made of steel chain has the ability to force an opponent to "get over here." The first time you hit an opponent with the whip on your turn you may attempt to pull them towards you. The target must succeed on a strength saving throw of DC 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Strength or Dexterity (your choice). If they fail, they are pulled up to 10 feet until they are adjacent to you.
