This tiny pod is six inches long and as thick around as a man’s thumb. The nodule is a dull black, with fine green traceries. The Poison Nodule attaches itself with a leech-like mouth in the general area of users liver. Once a day, the user can imbibe a small amount of poison (a vial of poison). The Poison Nodule will filter the poison out of the users blood. After consumed the Poison Nodule can be squeezed to emit one of four different types of poison. Roll a d4 and consult the following table to what each poison does. Each poison is a gel suitable for coating weapons and is consumed after a successful attack.

| 2 | Yellow Bile | DC 12 Consitution save, else the target gains the Paralyzed condition for the next 1d6 turns, losing the condition at the start of their turn. |
| 3 | Black Bile | DC 14 Constitution save, else the target gains 1 level of Exhaustion |
| 4 | Phlegmatic Bile | DC 13 Intelligence save, else target must use their movement for 1d6 turn to move in the opposite direction in which they want to go. The poisoned loses the condition at the start of their turn. |
