Alter Form
6-level Transmutation (ritual)
You invoke powerful magic to permanently change your, or
another willing creature's form. You decide what the target looks
like, including height, weight, facial features, sound of voice, hair
length, coloration, and distinguishing characteristics, if any. The
target must still appear as a member of their race, or a similar
subrace, though none of their statistics change. You cannot have
the target appear as a creature of a different size than them, and
the targets basic shape stays the same; you cannot grow
additional limbs on the target.
This spell also cannot remove magical marks or brands, such
as a magical tattoo, a rune, or a scar received from powerful
magic, or an extraplanar entity.
