Weapon Finesse, Light Common
A fan fashioned out of metal plates, when unfolded it behaves as a normal fan, when folded, it can be used as a simple bludgeoning weapon akin to a club. This is a weapon often found in oriental-themed lands, and is a concealed weapon of sorts as its appearance is, upon first glance and even upon physical inspection, that of a folding fan. Determining that this is a weapon requires a successful DC 17 Intelligence (Investigation) check. On a success, the person determines that the item is capable of being used as a weapon, and on a failure, the person determines it's nothing more than an ordinary folding fan.
