2-level Transmutation
You imbue a target creature with the power of lightning, causing
static electricity to course across their body, empowering them.
The target takes lightning damage equal to the spells level at the
start of each of its turns for the duration. The targets speed also
increases by 10 feet, and the first successful weapon attack it
makes on its turns deals an additional 1d6 lightning damage.
At higher levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot
of 3rd level or higher, the speed bonus granted by the spell
increases by 5 feet, and the additional damage dealt by the
target's weapon attacks increases by a further 1d6 for each spell
slot level expended above 2nd.
