Wondrous Item Gives a user a constant feather fall spell as long as the feather is on them. Rare [None]

A feather pokes out of the mighty owl of owls that you've slain. Said feather is different from the rest, it seems more potent than the others on its corps. It has a golden glow, a brownish bottom that slowly fades into a pure white tip with magical symbols floating around it with a shimmering gold colouration. These symbols fade into the sunlight, whilst the majesty of the singular feather remains.
