The user may spend his or her action planting it into the ground and yelling "Deus Vult" twice per day, the user may target 2 creatures within 30ft of the user. Friendly Creatures gain advantage on the next attack or disadvantage if the target creature is Hostile. The targets may be 2 hostile, 2 friendly, or 1 of each.
