This tattoo allows the bearer constant use of the "Alter Self" spell. Once tattooed, the bearer's appearance changes completely to fit whatever they & their tattoo artist had decided upon. Any changes to their appearance using this tattoo's alter self spell will only last an hour and must be activated verbally.
If the tattoo enters an anti-magic field, it ceases working & the bearer's appearance reverts to their true self. The tattoo will work again once it has left the anti-magic field, but takes ten minutes to take full effect. The tattoo's spell can be manually deactivated with a verbal cue for one hour. Dispel magic will not nullify the tattoo's magic, only suppress it for 1d4 rounds. Varies

(large, ornate) This must be tattooed on the back or chest to allow adequate space for the design. The design will incorporate the desired appearance. Any physical abilities the bearer has in their true form will not translate to their new one unless the design also incorporates the appearance of their true self.
