Description
Esmer is a bronze beauty that is often wearing sheer purple fabrics with gold coin trims, and a corset to cinch it all together; her dark hair falls in loose curls over her shoulders and is often adorned with the flowers of the season. Known for never being in her mayoral offices, she enjoys seeing the many weddings and giving anonymous gifts to those who have come to enjoy the beauty and romance of this honeymooners city. She will never turn down a dance, but she will become the center of attention once you do.

Esmer can cause up to 3 creatures within 60ft to fall desperately in love with her if they fail a Charisma saving throw of 19 and she can tell them to defend her with their lives, even against their allies. if they succeed the CHA saving throw they are only enamored and will not harm Esmer. this effect lasts for 20min or until Esmer is below half her HP this does not work in places that are anti magic, and is dispelled when a spell such as "dispel" is used.
Actions
Aquamarine Slice 1d4+2 this dagger is fitted with an aquamarine crystal in its pommel, with small crystal slivers in its blade. you have a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls with this magical weapon. As a bonus Action you can activate the crystals transforming the weapon into a longsword. however, while in this form the weapon deals force damage as opposed to slashing. the weapon can stay in longsword form for 10min and cannot be activated again until the next dawn. Slingshot 1d4+2 bludgeoning damage. range of 160ft can add 1d4 damage with sharper improvised projectile.
