You utter words of ice as you draw the cold from the materials, then give this cold to yourself and up to 4 creatures within 30ft of you. Each creature affected by this spell is no longer affected by the negative effects of hot climates.
At higher levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, you can target an additional 2 targets for each level above the 1st. When you cast this spell using a 5th level spell slot or higher, the target all gain resistance to fire damage for the duration.
