This item has 4 charges, which it regains at dawn if a ritual to Belenus is performed. When you finish a short rest, you can choose to expend charges of this item to recover a number of expended spell slots. The recovered spell slots can have a combined level equal to the number of charges expended, but none of the slots can be 6th-level or higher. For example, if you expend 2 charges of this item, you can recover one 2nd-level slot or two 1st-level slots.
Also, if you use this item as your holy symbol when you use your Harness Divine Power Channel Divinity option, you can expend up to 4 charges of this item to regain an expended spell slot of a higher level. The level of the spell slot regained is equal to 1 + the number of charges expended.
