5-level Evocation
A spectral snake maw resembling the primal deity Bedoma, the Deliverer, erupts from the ground in a location you can see within range. Each creature in a 10-foot radius, 30-foot high cylinder centered on a point within range must make a Dexterity saving throw.
A creature takes 3d6 radiant and 3d6 necrotic damage and is restrained until the end of their next turn on a failed save. A successful saving throw halves the damage and prevents restraint.
At higher levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 6th level or higher, the radiant or the necrotic damage (your choice) increases by 1d6 per each slot level above 5th.
