Materials a Star Seashell from WaterTides

You attune with the water around you, manipulating a small body of it not bigger than one cubic foot, forming it into a sphere in your hand.

You can manifest one of the following effects within range:

You instantaneously clean or soil an object or willing creature.
You form the sphere from water soiling an object or willing creature with the effect of drying it, or them.
The water content of the sphere is purified and rendered fresh for drinking and free of poison and disease until it is either consumed, or this effect is used again.
You change the water sphere's color or opacity. The water must be changed in the same way throughout. This change lasts for 1 hour.
You can move and relocate water from one container to another, or from a source to a container like filling a waterskin, a barrel or a bottle.
You can animate the sphere into any shape, and keep control of it for up to 1 hour. When the effect ends, the animated shape simply loses form.

If you cast this spell multiple times, you can have no more than two of its non-instantaneous effects active at a time, and you can dismiss such an effect as an action.
