Choose one medium sized creature or smaller within 30 ft. Make an attack role to bind them with a rope of water, dealing 1d6 damage and pulling them towards you by 5 ft.
At higher levels: This spell’s damage increases by 1d6 when you reach 5th level( 2d6 ), 11th level ( 3d6 ) and 17th level ( 4d6 ).
