Collar of Shape Changing

This collar is made of leather with a single charm that is made of silver and set with three small glowing diamonds. Inscribed on the back of the charm is the word "Buddy".

After the collar is placed around a constructs neck for an hour, the collar changes the shape and function of a construct. The following changes are made to the construct: the construct becomes size Tiny, the constructs strength score becomes 2, the constructs dexterity score becomes 14, the constructs movement speed becomes 20ft with a 20ft climb speed.   In addition, the construct loses all attacks but gains the following attack: Bite: Melee weapon attack. +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 1d4+1 piercing damage.   This collar has three charges and regains all spent charges at dawn. As a reaction, anyone may speak the collars command word thus expending a charge. Upon hearing the command word, the construct suddenly becomes size large and its movement speed is reduced to 10ft. If a creature is in the space that would then be occupied by the construct, they are pushed to the nearest possible space and are knocked prone. Any creature that tries to fire over or around the construct has 3/4ths cover from the person shooting or casting spells (this effect does not work if there is a direct line of sight). Additionally, the construct grows built in shooting positions. As a bonus action, a creature may brace themselves on the shooting position, giving them a +2 to all shots taken during that round. The construct must maintain this form for 3 rounds and reduces back to original size at the end of the 3rd round in this form.
