Blood sorcery
A Taste for Blood - Free - Resolve + Blood Sorcery - User dabs blood on their tongue and makes a Resolve + Blood Sorcery roll (difficulty 3). with a win the user can determine whether the blood belongs to a mortal, ghoul, vampire, or other supernatural creature, the resonance and intensity if human, or Blood Potency if a Vampire. A Critical Win tells if the Vampire has committed Diablerie and the generation (within one) of the vampire, or if the blood is from another supernatural creature the user knows of, it identifies the creature in question - N/A   Extinguish Vitae - one Rouse check - Int + Blood Sorcery vs Sta + Composure - roll off against target in line of sight. Win increases target's Hunger by one, Critical win increases by two. Victim can Discern who afflicted them if they can see the user while making a Int + occult roll vs user's Wit + Subterfuge roll - N/A   Rituals: Craft Bloodstone (1) Preserve Blood (1) Clinging of the Insect (1) Illuminate the Trail of Prey (2) Ishtar's Touch (2)
Obfuscate
Cloak of Shadows - free - general Obfuscate rules. lasts until user moves or is detected - one scene   Unseen Passage - One Rouse Check - as long as the user emits no noise louder than a whisper and no over powering odors, this power automatically works. Only if the observer has their attention drawn to the user can they make a detection roll. Can not be used while actively observed - one scene or until actively detected
Auspex
Sense the Unseen - free - Wits + Auspex or Resolve + Auspex - Whenever there’s something supernatural hiding in plain sight, the Storyteller makes a hidden roll of Wits + Auspex against a Difficulty they choose. Against an entity actively trying to stay hidden, the Storyteller can call for a blind roll as a contest against the target’s relevant pool. If the vampire actively searches for a hidden supernatural entity, they roll Resolve + Auspex similarly - passive
Oblivion
Oblivion's Sight - free - On activation, the user ignores all low-light penalties, including supernatural origin, and can see ghosts that are not actively attempting to conceal themselves - One Scene   Arms of Ahriman - one rouse check - Wits + Oblivion - Create murky shadow tentacles that can attack using Wits + Oblivion and do superficial damage or grapple, adding half the user's Potence (rounded up) as a damage bonus. The arms have three health levels and use the owner's Wits + Oblivion to avoid/endure attacks but can only be damaged by bright light - One scene or until ended or destroyed

Soaring Leap - free - User can jump a number of meters equal to three times their Potence Vertically and five times their Potence Horizontally - Passive   Prowess - One Rouse Check - When activated add users Potence to Unarmed damage and Feats of Strength - one scene   Uncanny Grip - One Rouse Check - When activated the user automatically passes a skill test to climb any non-metallic surface, the climbing leaves obvious tracks that can be found with an Intelligence + Investigation - one scene
