Celenia D10 System CD10: Spell: Salt of Stopping

The witch recites the very short spell and throws the salt towards the victim. If the spell takes effect, the person is Stopped -4 and cannot move closer to the witch as long as she manages to keep concentration on the spell. The victim may move sideways and away from the witch, but may not move towards them. In addition, if the victim was moving when the spell was cast, the victim cannot also move in the direction they were moving.
