This +1 shortsword is coated in an acidic aura, each successful strike using this blade deals an additional 1d6 points of acid damage. You may spend your reaction to raise an earthen stone to deflect a blow that would hit you. This provides you with a +2 bonus to your Armor class for the triggering attack. By spending an action, you may swipe your blade in a wide arc that unleashes a splash of acid, striking all creatures in a 15ft cone, this deals 4d6 points of acid damage, and an additional 1d6 points of acid damage for the next 1d4 rounds. You may do this three times per long rest. The damage increases by 1d6/1d6 at 8th level, and again at 16th level.
