You may point the Wondertainment contraption at a creature within the range and fire at them. They must succeed on a WIS saving throw or begin laughing insanely, non-stop. If they fail the save, at the start of each of the creature's turns for the duration of the effect, they take 6d10 psychic damage, and must repeat the saving throw, ending the effect on a successful save.
After three failed saving throws, the target succumbs to their own laughter and is knocked incapacitated, dropping to 0 hit points, but stable.
