This wand is crafted from dark wood, and carved to appear finely segmented. While holding it, you can use an action to speak its command word, transforming it into a giant centipede. The creature acts on its own initiative count and follows your mental commands. The wand returns to its normal form when you use a bonus action to speak the command word again, or if the creature is reduced to 0 hit points.
