Description
A pragmatic farmer of 45, who seems to know everythin that goes on in town. Quelline used to be wuite the outdoorswoman and have skill with both a pair of swords and the bow, which now hangs on the wall near the fireplace after Khaniyan delivered them to her and her son. Lately she's been engaged in rallying the townsfolk to figure out a way to replace the Townmaster peacefully, inviting everyone interested to a meeting in the Townmaster's Hall.
