Flailing Tentacles: As an action on your turn you may cast Arms of Hadar at 2nd level
Blindness of the Stars: Once per Long Rest you may cast Darkness at 2nd level. When Darkness is cast through this ability, yourself and all creatures that you consider allies perceive this darkness as as dim light and may treat it as such.

Description

This cloaks green fabric & golden vine and flower imagery have been slandered by a thin veneer of inky darkness. It's surface bulges and writhes as if it hides a multitude of worms and snakes. Looking inside reveals multiple wiggling flagellum which spring forth when the Arms of Hadar ability is used.
