Pathfinder 2e Item: Cuff of the Tankard Wizard

A Golden Wrist cuff Arcanely bonded to Yeros Yarnspinner. he routinely placed some of his magical power into his wrist cuffs.   Each day when a spellcaster prepares their spells. They can cast a spell up to their highest level into the cuff. if they do, For each level up to the level of the spell that was cast into the cuff, They can use Drain Bonded item once per day to recall a spell of that level. The cuff otherwise conforms to the rules of an Arcanely bound item.   Minor additional effect- by gripping an empty vessel with the hand attached to the cull. the vessel is filled with the non-magical, non-Alchemical beverage of the bearer's choice.
