Scarth: 3-Ep. 1498- lrs Neutral Scarth <last name unknown> is a smuggler. He’s gained a reputation for no-questions-asked sort of jobs throughout the Eurda and Great seas. With a small and determined crew and a no nonsense attitude, scarth has seen has seen his fair share of trouble, making him a reliable source for info on most of Denegar’s affairs. Most recently, Scarth has been handsomely paid by mysterious individuals he believes to be associated with the Council of Elders, transporting a number of top secret, high priority items from the port of Jartua, to Carthenon.
