Offenses Hatred: Umbral elves gain a +1 bonus to attacks against fetchlings and undead. Shadow Caster: Umbral elves add +1 to the saving throw DCs for their spells and spell-like abilities of the illusion (shadow) subschool. Defenses Shadow Blending: Attacks against an umbral elf in dim light have a 50% miss chance instead of the normal 20% miss chance. This ability does not grant total concealment; it just increases the miss chance. Shadow Resistance: Umbral elves have cold resistance 5. Feats and Skills Keen Senses: Umbral elves receive a +2 racial bonus on Perception checks. Shadowborn: You gain skill training and a +2 racial bonus to Knowledge (planes) and Stealth checks. Senses Darkvision: Umbral elves can see in the dark up to 60’. Other Racial Traits Disconnected: The time spent in the tenebrous realm severed the umbral elves’ ties to the Dreaming Realm. They do not have access to the reverie or any feats that require connection to.
