Age: Kruhá-Ludians age much slower than normal humans due to having more than one soul. they can live up to 130 years in one body.
Alignment: Militaristic fanaticism.
Size: from 5 to 7 feet. build is very athletic but slim.
Wellspring of Health: Your access to more spirit energy means you can regenerate health much faster. You can as a bonus action regain 1d4 HP. + Con mod. At level 4 the die becomes 1d8 at level 10 this becomes 2d8, at level 14 this becomes 3d8 and at 18th this becomes 4d8. You may do this a number of times equal to your Con mod per long rest.
Wisdom of the Elders: You use an action to search your elder's past lives. You may add your Wisdom mod to one roll for the next minute. You may do this once per short rest or long rest.
Graceful movement: You have proficient in Acrobatics (or Athletics) due to having spirits that have lived so long.
Scorn of the gods: You can't be a cleric or worship a god. And the gods will actively try to harm and hinder you. Once per day the DM will roll a die and subtract that from a roll. (1d6)

Fighter Forbearers
Ability scores: + 1 Dex or Str.
Elder Weapon Knowledge: Your elder's wisdom guide your every strike. Choose one weapon, whenever you make an attack with that weapon you may add your wisdom mod to attack modifier.
Sorcerous Forbearers
Ability scores: + 1 Cha.
Split mind: once per long rest you may Concentrate on a second spell for 1 Breath (minute).
