Armor Magic Cloak Very Rare

This once noble garb adorned the armour of the ancient kings of Amadica. Once shabby and moth-bitten, this mantle has been renewed to a sleek black cape, heavy with fabric, complete with raven feather collar and long hood. This mundane garment has been blessed with a dark shell of protective energy, and was given to Serrenna as a boon for her 'good works'.   AC: 2   Dexterity Penalty: 1   The Dark Caress: This noble cloak has been blessed by a dark entity, and some trace remains of it's terrible touch. An attackers blade may miss by a hair or tangle in the cloak as a cold finger of unearthly dread draws down their spine and unsteadies their hand. Bullets often seem to disappear moments before impacting the mantle, pulled into whatever reality plays host to this artifacts dark patron. The Mantle of the Dark Lady offers +3 to all Soak rolls of Aggravated damage in addition to it's 2 AC. The bearer of the Mantle recovers 1 temporary Willpower point for each point of Aggravated damage soaked this way, up to their Willpower total. This item may be used with even the heaviest of armours, the heavy fabric offers protection of it's own, but weighs the wearer down slightly.
