Wondrous Item Wrist Very Rare
Worn at the wrist, this black iron shackle with a small ruby gemstone set in the center was well known during the Time of Plenty as a mark of property and possession over a mortal. Once a Kindred has placed the shackle over the wrist of their servant; willing or otherwise, they feed their blood to the ruby, until it glows dimly. After that, the vampire will always be aware of the presence of the mortal, and a full understanding of their physical health. Heart's Bond: The Soul Shackle may be equip on willing or unwilling targets, with relative skill checks for unwilling targets. The Shackle costs 1 Blood Point to activate and it's effects last for 1 week. Once activated, the Kindred who bled the shackle has a direct sense of where the bearer of the shackle is at all times, and knows the health level of the bearer and feels if it changes. Once activated, the Soul Shackle can only be removed by the Kindred until the week duration expires.
