Celenia D10 System CD10: Traits and Skills: Outlawed (modern)

As an outlaw you have had your rights stripped from you and you are no longer considered a citizen. You are no longer protected by the rights bestowed upon you by the laws of the land. You are no one. You are wanted by the authorities and will be incarcerated if captured.

The trait only applies to the community where you have been outlawed, and friendly communities that recognize its laws. If you travel outside of that sphere of influence, you are no longer an outlaw, but a stranger.
