Overview & Creation

Smoke rises from a small hut in a mars where a human woman leans over a large cauldron. A black cat sits on the window watching the creatures outside as the woman adds to the large cauldron until theres a bright light and she bottles the liquid shining through the glass.   An elf searches through her dark robes through pockets of various compenets, combining and swallowing them until eyes turning darks as she the enemies before her fall dead life draining from their faces.   A halfling woman enters the great hall and curses the lord infront of his court calling on him for his crime against the people and cursing him for his deed. For now he knows he shall never have a good nights rest again as the woman leaves in a flurry of crows.   Nature and the arcane   Witches find the line between natural and the arcane, while wizards study the arcane world and the science behind such, witches find their magic through the natural arcane and ritual.


Class Features

Ritual Recovery   You have learened how to recovery energy by preforming rituals. Oncer per long rest you can revocover spell slots equal to half your witch level. you may choose which slots to recover for example a level 4 witch can recover one level 2 spell slot or two level 1 spell slots.   Witchcraft   Starting at 2nd level you are able to follow a witchcraft, either ritualistic or black and these will grant you extra featuress as you level   Ability score improvements   When you reach 4th, 8th, 12th, 16th and 19th level you may increase one ability score of your choice by 2 or you can increase 2 ability scores by 1. You cannont increase an ability score above 20 with this feature


Spellcasting

Ritual caster   They are able to cast spells as Rituals if they have the Ritual tag.


Subclass Options

Blackcraft   Blackcraft is a witchcraft that induces the dark side of the arcane. Witches from this school are often malevolent, pridefull and akin to the darker side of the world. Knowing that their power gives them the ability to inspire fear and control in their life.   Dark Familiar   starting at 2nd level , at the beginning of your craft witches choose a familiar to extend their power. A witches familiar is an extension of themselves being able to posses the familiar controlling it and feeling its sense as their own. You can command your familiar to preform various actions, which it carries out to its best capability.   Sacraficial Magic   At the start of 2nd level you learn the craft of sacrafice to power your magic. You may conduct sacrafical rituals to extract the life force from creatures. You can use this energy to empower your spells by ucasting spells that you know that are able to be upcast. The points you gain are based on the creatures challenge rating or the dms descretion.   Consumption of Flesh   Starting at 6th level you may consume a creature that has died recently in ritual for a chance to gain its parts of its memories with consuming more of the flesh giving them more knowledge or to gain some of the hitpoints from the creature consumed, you can also do this to double the amount of energy gained from a creature that is sacraficed.
