Must be attuned to by a bard. When you make a hit against a hostile target with this fine silver rapier, it vibrates, 'singing' a note that harmonises with the note made by the weapon impact. After landing a hit withthis weapon, you can immediately use a bonus action to use your bardic inspiration ability. If you do so, the beneficiary adds your proficiency bonus to the result of the inspiration die when they roll it.
