The Phantom's Gift

Wondrous Item Rare

This item comes in the form of an ear piercing. Shaped like a small rod of iron, a magical inscription reads “Blood runs Red when Iron is Rich”     This accessory acts as a tracking device, as well as a communicator to which the Phantom can drop a message as long as the user is in the same plane of existence.   The Gift grants you a minor ability or boost as long as you wear it. You can choose one of three boons which will be embedded into the accessory permanently.   Gift of Shadow: You gain advantage on Stealth rolls in low visibility, as well as low light and areas shrouded in darkness.   Gift of Speed: You add an additional 10 ft of movement speed.   Gift of Evasion: Once a day, you could reroll a Dex save. You must choose the new value no matter what. "
