General Perk:

Quick Wits: your character is quick on the draw and acts faster than they should normally.
Ranks 1: you are treated as having 1 more point of reflex for the purpose of determining initiative order however creatures with naturally higher reflex still take priority over you.

Vocational Perks:

Arcane Shooting: when you cast a spell of CL 4 or lower you can make a ranged attack a normal as a part of the spell provided the spell requires a ranged attack to be made.
